Our prenatal program is a 12-week program designed to answer any questions you may have about your pregnancy. Topics covered include what to expect in each trimester and how to prepare for the birth of your child, as well as taking care of yourself and your baby after delivery. Each client can choose whether to follow the suggested list of videos or customize the program to their specific needs. Specialty topics include breastfeeding, preparing for twins, preparing for a c-section and others!
